Kathi Casey is known as “The Healthy Boomer Body Expert”. Her powerful techniques blend Western science with Eastern health practices for a total mind/body program that builds stamina, increases vitality, strengthens core body, improves circulation and enhances the immune system. She is currently teaching, training, coaching and speaking all along the East Coast. Kathi has also developed an innovative Corporate Wellness Program. She has proven that Healthy Employees benefit your bottom line. An inspiring coach and speaker, Kathi combines her warm and joyful instruction with good fun and humor. She has a gift for discovering easy ways to relieve chronic pain, strengthen weak muscles, lower blood pressure and stress levels while having fun at the same time. Kathi is an Experienced Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher; a Certified Acu-Yoga Teacher (Acupressure Points combined with Yoga Poses); and a Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified in Ayurvedic Physical Healing.
