Many people suffer from aches and pains caused primarily by postural faults created by the lifestyle we follow. Rounded shoulders, low back pain are key examples. Using a mix of techniques including exercise, massage, muscle stretches and manipulation many of these aches and pains can be permanently relieved. I am trained in Pilates, Core Stability, BioMechanics, Sport Massage, Sport Nutrition and General Gym Fitness techniques so offer a unique combination. The results can be instant and with time and practise clients see and feel a result both in posture and in general fitness and body reshaping as the core muscles strengthen. The advantage of the combination I offer is that you can come in for a true 'workout' to strengthen the whole body, a posture correction session, a pure core stability pilates workout or a massage - relaxing or for muscle release. I like to see clients initially for a one hour session but follow up sessions can be for 30mins making it easy to fit into your life.
