Like many Australians who have suffered financial loss because of their insurer, some have even been sent into bankruptcy. These web sites are privately owned and will remain in play to help bring awareness to the consumer. It also stands for any one who would like there story told or to join in with many others, in the hope we get enough support to bring change to the very laws that should protect us but only protect the greedy insurer. My 2 1/2 year experience has cost me hundreds of thousands and is yet to go to court. In my case NRMA altered documents and even denied doing replacement repairs to the home, repairs that failed and caused more damage within 5 months.
