Jay Papasan is co-author with Gary Keller and Dave Jenks on the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and BusinessWeek best-selling books SHIFT, The Millionaire Real Estate Agent and The Millionaire Real Estate Investor. He also collaborated with Rick Villani and Clay Davis to write FLIP: How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses for Profit, also a New York Times best-selling book. As vice president of publishing and executive editor at Keller Williams Realty, Jay oversees the publishing process from concept to printed book to retail sales. In 2007, he helped launch the Keller Center for Residential Real Estate Research at Baylor University, a multimillion-dollar initiative to explore the real estate sales profession and the consumer traits that agents serve. Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty, Jay was featured as a freelance writer in publications such as Texas Monthly and Memphis Magazine. He also spent several years as an editor at HarperCollins Publishers, where he worked on the New York Times best-selling books Body for Life, by Bill Phillips, and Go for the Goal, by Mia Hamm. He resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Wendy, and their two children, Gus and Veronica.
