Jennifer Louden is a pioneer in the personal growth field, the first to write about the importance & practice of self-nurturing in her classic, The Woman's Comfort Book. She most recently penned The Life Organizer: A Women's Guide to a Mindful Year. As women's roles & voices have evolved, Jennifer's mission transformed from a best-selling self-help author to a cultural leader & life guide, inspiring women & men to develop their own life recipes for aliveness, healing & work-life flow. Jennifer encourages people to find their personal truths, the unfolding path of their lives, paths that resonate most authentically with their innate wisdom, creating the truest comfort of all. Jennifer's books have been translated into nine languages and have been bestsellers in both Germany and the U.S. Jennifer teaches lively workshops and delivers her humorous and motivational keynotes across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. She has created and led innovative women's retreats since 1992, from the Omega and Kripalu retreat centers to the wilds of Canada to spas around the country. Jennifer is also a personal coach, graduating from Newfield Network's program. Jennifer has been featured in major publications and regularly shares her voice with an enthusiastic national audience. Her media appearances have included the Oprah Show & Later Today. Jennifer lives on an isalnd in Puget Sound, Washington, with her amazing teenage daughter, Lillian, and her two doodle dogs, Luna & Stuart.
