Jason M. Kueser

Bio

I am the principal attorney for The Kueser Law Firm, a boutique legal practice that is committed to vigorously representing its clients. The firm focuses its practice on protecting the rights of investors and recovering investment losses for companies and individuals. I have spent my legal career representing individuals, groups, and companies in litigation and arbitration. In addition, I have, and continue to represent clients in class action litigation.

Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked in the financial services industry for several years. I am a former Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of a local broker/dealer and Registered Investment Advisor. I also worked as an accountant for a national mutual fund company, which provided me with background as to how investment management companies operate.

I am currently admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. I am also a member of the American Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA).
