Joseph Grenny Bestselling Business Author in Leadership, Influence, and Communication Joseph Grenny is co-chairman and co-founder of VitalSmarts, an innovator in corporate training and organizational performance. He is also co-author of three immediate New York Times bestsellers: Influencer: The Power to Change Anything, Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High and Crucial Confrontations: Tools for Resolving Broken Promises, Violated Expectations, and Bad Behavior. His award-winning training programs of the same titles have been used successfully by more than 300 of the Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, products resulting from his work have taught more than 2 million people worldwide, and have been translated into more than 20 languages. Over the past 30 years, Joseph has worked with thousands of leaders on every major continent, from the board rooms of Fortune 500 companies to the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. Joseph has advised CEOs and senior executives on more than a dozen major culture change initiatives—including one with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics whose CEO credited his work with enabling their winning of the $200 billion Joint Strike Fighter contract.
