My real estate niche is negotiating short sales. Many homeowners and real estate agents do not understand short sale. And many homeowners that know they need a short sale have a problem finding an agent who will handle their short sale. Short sales are time intensive, and most agents do not have the time to talk to the bank and handle all their requests along with doing their real job of listing and selling. I fill the gap and work with homeowners and agents to get the job done. Sometimes I am contacted by the homeowner directly. In that case I refer them to an agent to list the property, but I handle the short sale. Other times the busy real estate agent contacts me because of my vast experience in short sales.
