Emmanuel Laignelet is specialist for large CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programmes. He is experienced in international IT & transformation programme management - 40 M⬠/ 300 people involved. At Capgemini, Emmanuel has contributed to build the unified CRM of France Telecom. He is familiar with multi-channel, banking, telcos & distribution. During 20 years he has build 18 projects including the contact center of BNP. Previously, project head at Thalès/Dassault Electronique, he has contributed to build European IT and communication systems.
Emmanuel holds a engineering degree from ISEP and the MBA of HEC. Married, 3 children, he speaks English, French, German, some Spanish & Mandarin. He likes mountaineering & golf and did 16 house swaps.
