Ryan Persitza, has built a successful commercial real estate practice, at MLG Commercial, in Brookfield, WI. Ryan's typical clients are companies, investors, and developers with acquisition or disposition needs. Ryan's breadth and depth of knowlege separate him from the competition. Having successfully leased and sold millions of square feet of space in Metro Milwaukee, Ryan's clients have the benefit of a proficient, creative and experience real estate advisor working on their behalf. In 2007 Ryan developed Camp Cabarita, now a leading Caribbean retreat and eco-lodge inspired by a health spa his grandparents operated in Wisconsin during the 1950's. Camp Cabarita embraces sustainability at every level, personally in the form of health and wellness, environmentally in the form of green building practices, and economically – not only is Camp Cabarita is a working farms that employs bio dynamic and permaculture principals, but is also the leading Caribbean destination Ryan also teaches real estate finance in the Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, where Ryan earned BBA's in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Development (magna cum laude), in 2001 and later a Master's of Science in Accounting (cum laude) in ‘04. Ryan also teaches Accounting and Waukesha County Technical College and has taught continuing education credits for the Appraisal Institute and courses for the Commercial Association of Realtors.
