Extensive knowledge about health gained from 30 years in the alternative health industry. Acupuncturist, herbalist and lately my fascination is anti-aging. Have herbal company, Specialist Herbal Supplies, selling a high quality range of herbal and nutritional remedies, most of which we make.

Current project is creating Healthy Number 1. I am aiming this whole site at those who will really take action to get healthy and keep healthy. The gloves are off here - it will be my pleasure to help - and learn from - action takers :-) On this site I will share what I know. I have recently been to America three times in a year in search of anti-aging techniques - real ones, not just those which ease wrinkles away from the skin. My last visit was to see leading anti-aging therapist and co-author with Ray Kurzweil (you do know Ray Kurzweil?) Dr Terry Grossman. Fantastic.
