Lead the team in Quality Control, new Mix design and Research to support the Company’s Pre-Cast and Ready-mix Concrete business. Maintain Company’s leadership position in Quality and Customer Excellence Selection of Raw Materials and liaison with raw material suppliers Monitoring and Control of production Responsible in the implementation of ISO system of QC Laboratory and Batching Plant. March 2009 to March 2010: Concrete Engineer Sogreah Gulf FZCO Main Duties & Responsibilities are; review and approve mix design formulae of the concrete and ensure the quality of each load of concrete delivered to the site for the Pre-Cast blocks for the Royal Yatch Marina in Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi. Witnessing and follow up trial mix and other tests for Quality Control of the materials done by independent laboratory is another responsibility.
