In addition to my therapies practice, I teach complementary therapies at Adam Smith college in Kirkcaldy. I also run Lifelong Learning workshops in Fife, and am a visiting lecturer with the British Reflexology Association (Edinburgh). I previously taught at colleges in Glasgow, and pioneered the use of complementary therapies in the field of cancer/palliative care at the Beatson Oncology Centre and TakTent Cancer Support. I am set up as a mobile classroom, and offer an individually tailored tutoring/mentoring service, using the latest teaching materials, to clients wishing to upgrade their qualifications in my specialist areas. I aim to increase public and medical professional awareness of the potential of complementary therapies.
