I have spent the last 15 years learning and teaching many forms of Energy Medicine - all intended for prevention, healing and re-balancing - from serious illness such as advanced cancers to simply over-tiredness. After exploring many methods of self-awareness training, taking a plethora of energy, body/mind, alternative healing classes, I knew I had finally found amongst these many, varied and often awesomely inspiring and wondrous modalities, the key elements that were integral to healing, just the way I wanted to integrate them. Reiki, Reflexology and Dowsing were also the tools I could use to take responsibility for my own health - all tangible tools, effective on all levels ~ spiritually, physically, emotionally and even environmentally. When these various forms of energy work such as Reiki, Reflexology and Dowsing had became as comfortable as an old sock, I wanted to pass them, and so I began teaching: all levels of Reiki; Reflexology and Dowsing for everyday practical use and Reiki sessions for anyone who is curious who wants to give it the taste test and Reiki Exchanges for Reiki practitioners who wants to meet like-minded folks and exchange sessions in a safe and well-grounded healing environment.
