Leadership, creativity and innovation culture in the corporate environment is my specialty, and I am also known for AMPLIFY, The Innovation & Thought Leadership Festival that I curate and produce every 2 years in Australia. Its like a corporate PopTech or TED Conference. I enjoy being a catalyst for transformational change and understand the magical combination of heart and mind involved in achieving this. I have been in the crucible of leading transformational change in South Africa, from apartheid to democracy, and leading corporations through these journeys. Currently, I am leading a large financial services corporation through the transformational journey from being closed and hierarchical to an open innovation and social collaborative culture- using a combination of interventions. Examples of inside out changes are Ideas Playgrounds, short film festivals for employees, Leadership Forums, Creativity Bootcamps, internal blogging etc, and outside in are things like the global thought leaders that have been doing "Infobites" for 5 years now, and the bi-annual Innovation & Thought Leadership Festival. I am considered a Thought Leader on Innovation Leadership, Culture and Creativity, particularly in Financial Services and am frequently invited to speak or be a guest blogger. I have a mindset of abundance when it comes to networking and knowledge sharing and value the same in others I network with- through generosity of spirit, we all benefit and grow.
