Bio

My whole world revolves around MUSIC. I come from a family of musicians: my mom, Nancy (who's a church elder) sings back-up, my dad, Derek plays the guitar, my eldest bro, Kenneth (who's a preacher and a youth leader) sings the lead vocals, my 2nd elder bro, Kelvin (who co-heads the Music Ministry) plays the bass and he's among the best in Klang Valley, and my younger bro, Joe (who's a 2nd-tier leader of Christ Clan) plays the drums. In the Music Ministry, I'm a lead vocalist, a hip-hop dance choreographer, a keyboardist, and a drummer. I'm still learning how to play the guitar... ;P Besides that, I'm also an evangelist, a youth cell leader and a member of the GetReal'07 youth camp committee. I'm also a songwriter (in 2001, I won an Original Composer Award in "That '70s Talent Quest", organized by St. Gabriel's Church), and a poet (I got a Merit Award from the International Society of Poets and some of my poems were published and recorded in the US). Hey, being a Christian is not what you see on TV (being solemn in church and not having fun). It's fun serving the Lord through songs and dances! ;D I've won quite a number of awards in singing competitions back in primary and secondary schools. I've also performed at St. Gabriel's Church and SGC Life Sanctuary during special events such as evangelistic nights, Christmas, Easter, church anniversary dinners, charity dinners, and weddings. Yep, I'm a wedding singer and I can sing Mandarin songs... =D Who I want to meet? My life partner... =) He has to be someone who loves the Lord fervently. And he must be musically inclined, sweet, compassionate, mature, caring, loyal, intelligent and sociable... ;P In other words, he has to be: - someone who knows how to appreciate me - someone who knows my love languages - someone who can click with me - someone who lets me be me and accepts me for who I am - someone I feel comfortable with - someone I can write songs with - someone I can share musical opinions with
