Started my career in elearning as a Graphic Professional 8 years back. Worked in couple of elearning companies in India before joining CommLab India 3 years back. Started as Lead Graphic here and moved on to become Project Manager and Sr. Courseware Manager. Currently I am leading the bussiness development team. Specialties:Visual Design, Grooming Team, Project Management, Client Interaction and Business Development. Have been serving as a judge in Brandon-Hall Excellence in Learning Awards for past three years for courses in custom category with emphasis on Media.
