Matteo Wyllyamz has worked as a software instructor since 1992, with an emphasis on new media, graphic design concepts, and internet marketing development. He has created workshops for Jefferson County Adult Education, Colorado Christian University, Productivity Point, Colorado Free University, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Matteo also taught Apple Macintosh classes exclusively for five years and has been interested in "internet-based creativity" since 1994. Additionally he was employed as a university webmaster and was a noted pioneer blogger during the years 1999-2005. An Arizona native and Colorado resident for 25 years, Matteo moved to Ithaca, New York, in the fall of 2007, and began facilitating workshops for TC3.biz that same term. Since then, he has taught classes on Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Flash, and Photoshop, as well as Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, and Computing Essentials courses for beginners who are working with computers and the internet for the first time. Matteo is currently working as an independent teacher, trainer, consultant, designer, artist, and author. He describes himself as a "Creative" interested in social media, futurism, and technorealism. Besides instructing for TC3.biz, his most recent work includes consulting with local-area businesses and individuals with regards to the effectiveness of their brand management, internet presence, and utilization of social networking services, such as Twitter and Facebook. Matteo was recently featured by News 10 Now in Syracuse, New York, for his internet design and social media work for the Carriage House Cafe in Ithaca. In the spring of 2009, Matteo facilitated retraining of laid-off workers from BorgWarner Inc., and during that summer he provided staff training through TC3.biz for employees at Kendal of Ithaca. Matteo has a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing, and has sold two published works.
