Bio

Summary Mr. Vititoe graduated from Wayne State Law School in Detroit, Michigan. He works as a trial attorney, mediator, and dispute resolution trainer. He is a veteran of Desert Storm and lives with his family in Southeastern, Michigan. Mediation Specialties Mr. Vititoe has several hundred hours of mediation experience. He mediates disputes both in and out of court. He helps people talk about the underlying factors in their dispute and find creative alternatives for resolving it. His practice areas include Business to Business disputes, Consumer-Merchant issues, Contract disputes, Divorce and Custody cases, Probate cases involving Estate matters and Guardianship issues, Labor and Employment cases, and a variety of other kinds of disputes. He has mediated cases from the Michigan Department of Civil Rights, Michigan Education Association, Michigan Special Education Mediation Program, and the City of Detroit Department of Human Resources, as well as various courts in Southeastern Michigan.
