About the Denton's Randy and Donna Denton have been serving as full-time missionaries in Mexico since 1988. They serve as leaders of Spirit and Truth Ministries. Over the years, the Denton's have been instrumental in bringing relief supplies to multitudes of impoverished Mexicans who call shack towns their home. Construction Programs The Denton's mobilize construction teams to build churches, parsonages and feeding centers in Reynosa and Rio Bravo. The Denton's also provide financial support for pastors and literature for churches. Feeding Hungry Children Program Accounts of destitute families existing on nearly nothing touched Donna's heart. As a result, she started a program to feed hungry children in neighborhoods in Reynosa and Rio Bravo. Under her direction, meals are prepared in the churches to feed children who are the poorest of the poor. Several days a week, children can come to the church and receive a hot nutritious meal. This program is touching hundreds of families both naturally and spiritually. Christmas Toy Distribution/Mercy Ministries Each Christmas, STM gives out hundreds of toys, candy, blankets, food and care packages in impoverished neighborhoods. For many children these are the only toys they will receive all year. It's a rewarding experience to see a child's eyes light up at the joy of receiving toys chosen especially for them. The parents are deeply grateful that someone provides gifts that they cannot afford to give to their own children at this special time of year. How Randy and Donna Operate Financially This ministry operates solely on generous love offerings from churches and individuals. STM Motto: People helping people, working together, changing lives, seeing the world through Jesus' eyes . . .
