I am the CEO of Phoenix Trinity Design & Build Ltd, a property company with a real difference. All our homes are Carbon Neutral, Carbon Reductive, eco-friendly, beautifully designed and exceptionally well built. At Phoenix Trinity we believe in environmental responsibility. All our properties have eco-features that ensure low annual CO2 Emissions. As a company we are constantly searching for environmental solutions that are commercially viable. What became painfully apparent in our researches is the confusion and challenges that individuals and companies are faced with when they desire to make good eco-choices In response to these challenges I formed a project called Green Town Revolution to help businesses create and track change simply, with a measurable reward and offset system. This system is designed to raise the profile of those companies that are making a positive difference to the environment. The emphasis is placed on local offsetting and recognisable initiatives to create a clearly identifiable chain of responsibility and effect. Green Town Revolution is scheduled for a prototype launch in Hastings this Autumn and a roll out across the UK in 2010. I am the creator of the term Carbon Reductive, now trademarked, meaning offsetting MORE Carbon Dioxide (CO2) than we emit. I have a number of other global business interests in the eco field and in hotels and property. I am the founder of the Entrepreneurs' Club International. We are total advocates of the ‘Win-Win paradigm': a mutually beneficial dynamic existing in any relationship for the general well-being of all. My life is completely underpinned by my energy work.
