I have been in corporate America for over 20 years in various sales roles. My current role at SmartFEM as CEO is a wonderfully challenging position. SmartFEM is a woman's advocacy group that helps the female consumer as well as helping the woman business owner market and actually hit their target demographic. Most advertising fails because it misses the mark---at SmartFEM we start out with the target demographic and therefor there is no guessing.
