Christina Dixon

Bio

Christina Dixon is a civil defense attorney whose practice focuses on complex litigation including insurance bad faith, product liability and employer liability. She is managing member and defense attorney at the Dixon Law Firm, LLC in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Dixon is a defense attorney licensed with the Colorado State Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Christina Dixon has successfully defended insurers and their insureds in a wide of range of cases. She regularly handles first-and third-party bad faith cases, coverage litigation, employer liability, employment practices liability insurance claims and complex cases. Christina continues to act as litigation and monitoring defense counsel for insurers involving multiple lines. Ms. Dixon actively participates in professional organizations such as the American Bar Association (“ABA”), Section of Litigation. Christina Dixon currently serves as Co-Chair for the Minority Trial Lawyer Committee and recently completed a three year term as Co-Chair of the ABA Section of Litigation Trial Evidence Committee. She is currently Secretary for the Sam Cary Bar Association in Colorado. Ms. Dixon frequently serves as a hearing officer for the Colorado and Denver Bar Association’s Legal Fee Committee. She is one of the youngest attorneys selected for membership in the Colorado Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”). Christina occasionally writes articles regarding trial tactics, diversity, and general law practice issues. Ms. Dixon is often called upon to moderate or present on various litigation-related topics.
