I struggled with what to write on this page, for many years I stood on my mountain pumping my chest like Tarzan, now I know that Tarzan didn't live on mountains, but none the less, that is what I did. Sure I have a great list of accomplishments in the 11 years since I retired from the Canadian military that would impress any CEO looking to hire a young gun. But that is not what I am about anymore. I lived a "rock star" life. I had superficial friends that only wanted me to hang with them because of my expense account, I drank (boy did I drink), I even went to point of putting a lot of unnecessary stress on my family. You know, living separate lives will eventually catch up with you, and that is what happened to me. My wake call happened in May of 2007. I am a devoted Christian, a husband to the best woman in the world, a father of two great teenage boys and a leader in the Calgary business community and the worldwide small business IT family. Simply because it is the right thing to do and because I love to help people. In February 2009 I joined up with some long time colleagues of mine.
