Adopt An Ambassador Animal http://www.yorkcenterforwildlife.org/adopt.htm The Center for Wildlife's popular Adopt a Wildlife Ambassador (formerly known as Adopt a Raptor) Program offers a special opportunity to bring a wild animal into your life or that of a friend or relative. Individuals sponsor one of the non-releasable raptors, reptiles and mammals that reside permanently at the Center. This support helps to cover the costs of food, medical treatment and daily care for one year. Through your support, these beautiful animals will continue to be the bridge that connects the community to a world that is usually seen from a distance. Sponsors receive a beautiful card including a certificate naming them as the sponsor of the animal, a stunning photograph of the species, its physical description, information on living habits, and the story of how the animal came to be living and working at CFW. Below you will find pictures of the birds, mammals and reptiles that are available for "adoption." Each adoption has a $25 fee.
