Bio

Suzie teaches frustrated women how to realize healthy weight loss and rc-claim their health using her Clean Lean and Sexy™ system. It is a no-diet approach which gets to the root of cravings and inability to lose weight while removing any barriers, including self sabotage, using a nourishing lifestyle free of denial and deprivation. Suzie suffered from chronic neck and shoulder pain, acid reflux, allergies, immune dysfunction and chronic sinusitis for many years. Working with her doctor, she realized the amazing healing power of natural digestion, and is symptom free because of nourishing food and lifestyle choices. She also has successfully implemented many dietary changes with her daughter who has Autism Spectrum Disorder. They both have followed the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for over 10 years. Suzie gives workshops, teaching cooking classes and offers nutrition and health coaching to individuals. She received her formal training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
