Bio

Matt Burrows is a composer, arranger and producer of instrumental electronica working under the name Symphonic Vapour. His ambition is to fuse electronic instrumentation with orchestral arrangements. He has had some formal musical training. He started studying the piano at 6 years old and began to compose at the age of 7. At 11 years old, he switched to electronic instruments to widen the sounds he could work with. He learned composition and arrangements in studying for GCSE Music and continued to enjoy writing and arranging music since. His influences are principally Jean Michel Jarre and Mike Oldfield. Other influences include Vangelis, Tangerine Dream and the Alan Parsons Project.
