T-Farm, LLC is a Wisconsin-based gourmet food producer that maintains a food blog, test kitchen and educational farm. We focus on creating quality foods using local tomatoes, cheese, basil and other produce. Our test kitchen and educational farm is nestled in a narrow valley between steep wooded hills near Spring Green, Wisconsin. From growing tomatoes, to cooking, canning or drying them, T-Farm's blog is dedicated to the delicious tomato.
