Tim Milburn

Bio

I currently serve as the Director of Campus Life at Northwest Nazarene University which is located just outside of Boise, Idaho. I’ve been at the University since 2000. This role oversees a wide variety of college life – things like activities, extracurricular involvements, and student leadership development. Prior to this postion, I served as a youth pastor at churches in Greeley, CO | Rowland Heights, CA | Auburn, CA | Meridian, ID. Along the way, I developed my skills in the area of communication and leadership development (the church is the ultimate volunteer organization!). When I’m not kneedeep in the activities of my University, I’m working on developing tools and resources to help young people develop their leadership skills and speaking/teaching in a variety of camp, retreat, and special event settings. I’m a father of four kids (2 boys, 2 girls) and my wife and I have been married for over 20 years. We make our home in Eagle, Idaho. I’ve been writing about the topic of leadership on my website – www.studentlinc.net – for many years.
