TS Skills is about presenting you with options. If you have a TS (or higher) clearance, then we want to help you leverage your clearance/skills. TS Skills was developed by a consortium of small businesses to help link the TS Skilled resources to TS Skilled opportunities. TS Skills ensures that you have the clearance that you have, thus ensuring that only qualified applicants are using the site. Other sites have more resumes of folks that don't have clearances than those that do. TS Skills will confirm the clearance level of all applicants, prior to approving their account. TS Skills allows all major integrators to post their opportunities on the site for free, thus compiling all the available TS Skilled opportunities in one place. TS Skills provides you with the following options: 1) Pick your employer (large or small) 2) Pick your package (benefits vs better pay) 3) Pick the duration (long or short term) 4) Pick your path (don't get stuck, use TS Skills to help guide your career) 5) Find out about what projects are upcoming and how you can be on the winning team. TS Skills is a portal for linking companies that have needs in the "TS", or higher, communities with TS Skill"ed" resources. For security reasons, TS Skills does not allow companies to search its database. TS Skills empowers the candidate. There are two ways that a TS Skilled resource can apply for a job: 1) By sending their stored resume to the company directly 2) If their resume is already stored, the TS Skills staff will contact you when a job post matches your profile. How do we leverage your clearance/skills? Working with multiple Government Agencies / Prime Contractors / Sub Contractors / etc. to provide you with multiple opportunities Bundling your resume with those of like skills to create teams, thus leveraging the group We're not a job board - we're an opportunity board. We don't post specific jobs. We post needs.
