Tom Stitt

Bio

Tom Stitt is the cofounder and managing director of Aperial Corp., a developer of patient sourced social networks for healthcare including PatientCast and Blokcast. He is the facilitator for a Twitter conversation community known as Healthcare Communication & Social Media (hastag #HCSM.) In recent years, he has been involved in designing and deploying interactive patient television system projects at acute care hospitals in California, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, the District of Columbia and Florida. Tom has a personal blog titled Last Mile Blog where he writes about the challenges of "last mile" marketing. He is also working on the business deal for a book project with a colleague tentatively titled "Conversational Healthcare."
