Recipe of the week: Irish Stew

1 pound of organic stew meat or a roast
5 red potatoes diced
1/4 cup of  diced green peppers
1/4 cup of  diced red peppers
1 stalk of celery diced
1/2 small onion chopped
1 cup of Irish Beer (dark lager usually best)
Kale 1 piece chopped in to small pieces
1 container of beef broth

Combine beeth salt and pepper, beer and 1tbs of flour in a large skillet stir together on med heat until browned on both sides
empty skillet and all ingridients into crock pot cook on med heat overnight.
Store in large Vent n Serve until ready to reheat and serve. (: Enjoy
