Relationship coach, professional speaker, author,Mom, who genuinely cares about relationships. firstandgoalseminars.com

I am the founder and CEO of In Him Ministries of Jax Inc., an non-profit organization dedicated to supporting healthy families. My blog name, "Mama E," was given to me by a young man I coached during a group session a few years ago. The name seemed to be comfortable for both my mentees and myself so it stuck. Through my primary blog, Mama E Answers.com, I deliver my message and provide online coaching for singles and relationship partners.

My mission is to provide relationship coaching because it has been proven that strong relationships build strong families and strong families build strong communities. My first published book, "To All My Kids...Love Mama E" reveals the things I've learned about love and relationships. Coaching singles and relationship partners is more than my mission in life...it is my passion.

Our newest program, First and Goal Focus Groups, is also our fastest growing and most popular relationship workshop. First & Goal is relationship coaching based on NFL-like rules, presented in a playful and unique environment that Creates Winning Relationships. Focus groups are presented throughout the US and will be moving to Europe in the fall of 2010, starting in the UK (contact me to reserve your place on the calendar).

Helping relationships that are hurting or just needing some straight forward advice, is my passion. I don't beat around the bush or criticize but coach and support healthy relationship ideas that lead to long term growth and understanding.

If your relationship is not working or has moved into a phase that causes more hurt and worry than joy and loving peace, it's time for a change. There is no surer form of insanity than to keep doing the same thing over and over again and yet expecting a different result...
