More than 28 years of varied experience in the fields of Finance, Advisory, Corporate Law and Consultancy Services, Tax, Recruitment & Executive Search, IT, Telecom and ITES. Extensive experience in capital and debt financing, acquisitions and divestments, with strong relationships with Banks/ Private Equity/ Investment / Merchant Banking companies. Successfully handled 3 IPOs. Significant experience in dealing with the full range of business and legal challenges faced by emerging companies in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Retail, Real Estate industries. Negotiated and finalised a number of Shareholders Agreements. Formulated the Strategy and Business Plan for a US based global conglomerate for their diversification and expansion into the IT Industry. Successfully founded, promoted and set-up leading software and computer education service company and again founded, promoted and set up another ICT company for which he negotiated a substantial strategic equity investment from a Nasdaq Listed Company in the US. Successfully negotiated strategic alliances with the world's leading companies. Founded Trackers, an Executive Search firm for the recruitment and placement of some of the top talent with its clients in the IT, Telecom, FMCG, Financial Services, Banking, Real Estate, Construction and Manufacturing Industries, amongst others.
