Yoshua is a professional hotelier, pre-opening expert with sustainable construction certificate. I used to work, at Sheraton, Regent and Pan Pacific Hotels. More than twenty years experience at managerial roles in up-market boutique and luxury resort & natural spa development. Fourteen years hold general manager position at Pita Maha Resorts Bali, member of Select Hotels and Resorts International. Took an initiative to create and develop superior asset values through environmentally smart design and sustainable construction. Involve directly and ensure service design process, link with construction activities, prepare pre-opening set-up and establish daily operations. Promote various holiday destinations, offer and sell the resort's facilities and services as a part of holiday, leisure and business solution. The main aim is to create and develop superior asset values, reduce cost and achieve sustain profit.
